Mike Noonan, our Senior Consultant on the development of CARMS, has been committed to CABS since its inception in 1984. The last eleven years of his forty-three years of industry experience have been dedicated to teaching the CABS concepts, as well as "Usage Analysis" and "Revenue Assurance". Mike has authored three books on the subject of "Switched and Special Access" through ABC Teletraining, Inc. He has also served on many industry committees throughout his career. |
